After getting your job offer, you must ask several questions about the job offer that has been provided to you by your employer. There will be several questions that might arise in your mind; the first and foremost being the salary. Are you paid the right salary for the job you have been offered? You need to compare it with the others who are in similar position. Even though it might not provide you the needed happiness but it is equally important to know your worth in the market. You must consider the experience you have and weigh the salaries accordingly.

The next question that may come to your mind is about your potential boss and the working relationship between you and your boss. You need to be buddy with your boss and impress him or her by having the right attitude. The first impression is very important and you must trust your instincts. Then you must know about your co-workers with whom you will be working together. Based on the time you spend in your office you must realize how important it is to have a good relationship with the co-workers. Knowing them and having a network with the co-workers will make the atmosphere great place to work.

The other thing you must question to yourself is about the office culture, and if that is going to make you comfortable while you are at work. Every office environment is different and if you were in the wrong place then it would make you uncomfortable in the new environment. The next important aspect is about the corporate culture; whether the new office has a goal and the right attitude and values that will suit you. If the job makes you work for long hours every day and it does not compensate you suitably then it may not be suitable to you.You must understand the culture of the organization that can help you move accordingly.

The next most important aspect is about commuting from your home to and fro office. Traveling for one hour or more from home to office every day will make you spend lots of time either by car or train/ bus. Before you accept the job offer that is in your hand you must question these aspects and position yourself about the offer
